Delivery Policy

  1. International Shipping

    We do not offer international shipping.

    If you wish to export goods yourself, the following rules apply:
    • Minimum export spend: £90.
    • VAT exemption is only available if:
    • Goods are collected by a reputable freight forwarder.
    • You provide a valid Collection Note, plus a Bill of Lading (air freight) or Shipment Certificate (sea freight).
    • Payment methods accepted: Cash, UK debit card, or UK bank transfer.
    • International debit or credit cards are not accepted.
    • All payments must clear in full before goods are released.
    • Goods must be collected within 14 calendar days of purchase.


    2. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

    Order confirmations are not a guarantee of acceptance. We reserve the right to:
    • Cancel or decline any order at our discretion.
    • Reject orders for suspected fraudulent activity or for non-business use.
    • Cancel unpaid orders if payment is not received in a timely manner.



    3. Delivery & Collection
    • Orders are usually processed within 4 working days.
    • Shipping times vary based on courier and location.
    • If arranging your own collection, ensure it is completed within 14 days of order.

    We are not responsible for delays due to third-party couriers or incorrect address details.



    4. Returns & Refund Policy

    We want you to be happy with your order. Here’s how returns and refunds work:

    Returns
    • You have 7 days from the delivery date to return items.
    • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • In resaleable condition
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

    Refunds
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
    • Refund timing depends on your bank or card provider.

    Return Shipping
    • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • If a refund is granted, return shipping may be deducted unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
